Nicole Gorum

Director of Systems

As Director of Systems, Nicole is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Administrative Systems area within FSA TPA.  Nicole is heavily involved in client onboarding, implementation and ongoing account management.   Her responsibilities also include management of all banking activities related to distribution, settlement and reconciliation of accounts as well as program analysis of utilization. Nicole began her service with FSA as a benefits specialist where she mastered her expertise in client and participant management for both employee and member benefits. During Nicole’s tenure, her role with FSA continuously evolved from direct member services to upper-level management, where she has played a key role in the build-out of FSA TPA.

Nicole is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, later earning her Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. Her background includes work in both the banking and insurance industry where she holds her producer license.
